Great park, had issues after Laura, like everyone else, but they were resolved in a timely fashion, we had a second hurricane going through there and they were always accommodating to residents. Lisa Bentley and Sheri Morris great management and customer service. Pool and facilities available (restrooms, showers and coin operated laundry).

We’ve stayed her twice each at least a month at a time. It’s very clean, safe area and close to everything you could possibly want. My husband was workin the area. I could walk to Walmart, Buffalo Wild Wings and many more places. Lisa in the office is very helpful and a super nice person! The swimming pool is small but clean, the park is mostly concrete and well drained. Which is implying this part of Texas. We were here during tropical storm Imelda and had no problem when other campgrounds in the area were flooded!! It’s mainly refinery workers that stay here and everyone minds there own business! It’s a little pricey but worth it for the amenities it offers. Laundry Matt and shower rooms are immaculate!!
Great Rv park! Facilities are always clean.The pool was so nice to have while I was there. The Manager Lisa is super friendly and was very helpful. They offer all concrete pad sites, Which was great to have,as well as having laundry onsite and private bath houses as well. It was Nice and quiet and I felt very safe here. I will definitely be back to visit Access RV.
Access is the place to stay in Port Arthur! The pool is always clean, the laundry isn’t crowded and it couldn’t be a more convenient location. Ms. Lisa is very helpful and always keeps change for the laundry room. Ms. Traci helped get us settled in and is super friendly. Coming from another park, we really appreciate that each site has a picnic table and there is a covered pavilion by the pool. Access has an “at home” feel that we don’t usually get working on the road.
We have stayed here for over a month as catastrophe insurance adjusters deployed for work due to Hurrican Laura & Delta. Lisa in the office is fantastic! They definitily run a tight ship around here. No cigarette butts, beer tops, or dog poop in sight. Well maintained concrete pads and lot. We travelled with our 6 month old and small dog to work these storms and I felt more than safe to stroll around while my husband was gone during the day. Central location. Super clean and updated laundromat and shower house. Only negative I could think of during our stay is they began charging a 5.00 holding fee for packages. Thanks again Lisa for an enjoyable stay!
