Customer support is very poor. All executive give wrong information and not pick call. They are doing fraud they alloted me old batch I requested for new but they didn't convert online batch and took full fees from me.

This institute is openly duping public with their online courses. Have taken GIC Pravakta online course from their app about a week ago but no course content have been added till date. Have called multiple times they are not receiving the calls their whatsapp helpline is also useless coming online but giving no response.

I wanted to go there as one of my friend wanted to take admission. Unfortunately I couldn't find the coaching center. I took right from pandeypur Chauraha and continued on the same path for about 2 km but I couldn't find the coaching so returned back. There not a single banner or any kind of advertisement that could guide us.

Once you paid, they will not answer the call, I paid Rs 5190/- for Super TET on 10 July 2019. Then first they issued one login and password when i login, I didn't get course further i complaint on then they issued new login id and password on 12 July 2019. That time they load we had to attend web classes. Suddenly without information, they removed courses from web, then again i called them and chandra Institute representative told that you can continue the courses on chandra app. When i login, there was no purchased course. I complaint 5th June, 23 rd June, 15 July, 16 July, 17 July, 17 Aug, 18 Aug, 19 Aug, 20 Aug and today 26th Aug 2020. Every time they tell that within 24 hours problem will be resolved. But until now no body resolved the issue.
