As a buyer from the United States I was weary of buying from them. Their customer service is top notch. Very good communication. You can tell they go out of their way to be transparent about everything. I ordered on a Wednesday morning and my skates arrived on Sunday. Their prices are also the best I've ever seen. I got these for 400 less then I would have paid in the states
Ordered some new CCM Inline Skates and incredibly happy with the item and shipping time! The staff I spoke to through email were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even going out of their way to let me know about incoming stock and reminding me again when they have said stock available. Awesome one stop shop for all things ice skating and hockey related. I've been shopping at puckstop for about 15-20 years, and their service has always been second to none. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
