Had a lot of complaint from my customers about them , one of the rep told me it was because of my client lying to me. So I tried to send myself several packages from Netherlands to my brother in Spain. Some of them he had to go get them himself at the parcel center, some have been blocked in Belgium now for days now. Not doing business with them anymore. Not only they are incompetent , they are liars and thief too.Not even mentioning the usual You were not home at delivery time ( we have a 24h 7/7 receptionist for packages). Please avoid using them at all cost.

poor service, fake info, tendency to lie. don't trust them ! as they are cheap web shops will continue to use these liers for delivery
I gave a 1/5 because a 0 would not let me write a review. The day of delivery I see on the track and trace of the GSL website that the parcel was delivered, and signed by me, even though I was not at home at that moment. Info on the GLS Website was very limited and did not provide me the information to find my parcel. When I arrived at home I checked the mailbox, which did not contain my parcel. There was no note either that it could not be delivered and got send back to the distribution center. So the parcel got delivered somewhere (not my place) even though I did not gave permission to do so. The parcel got signed for (not by me or someone I know) but they used my name (which gives me the feeling it was the driver that signed for it him/herself) 14 days after the \delivery\ I still did not receive my parcel, and I wonder if I ever will... At this point, the webshop refunded the parcel, and started an investigation with GLS to see how something easy like delivering a parcel that fit's in a mailbox can go so wrong. So big thanks to them for at least trying to make up for the trouble we had with GLS. Long story short: Save yourself the trouble, and pick any other transport company. Literally any company will do a better job, offer you better flexibility and service than GLS.
The delivery person does not seem to be able to read. It is clearly indicated on my front door that parcels can be delivered to any of my neighbors (who are old and staying all days at home). Instead, my parcel went back to the warehouse (25km away and located in a no-man's land while I live right next to Brussels) and I have 5 days to come pick it up... How do people without a car do? What I ordered only costs 20 and, with public transports, the round trip to the warehouse will take more than 2 hours. I'll never deal with shops partnering with GLS anymore.
Handig gelegen logistiek centrum en efficiënte afhandeling.
Niet echt ingericht om als klant uw pakje af te gaan halen. Ook weinig rekening met de Corona maatregelen.

Pakje is al 14 dagen onderweg met de chauffeur maar nog nooit aangeboden geweest. Support in niet hulpvol , je moet maar wachten. Als je vraagt om het hogerop door te verwijzen naar de verantwoordelijke van de chauffeurs hoor je ook niets meer. Ik hoop dat hun wagen zo eens uit elkaar ligt en ze moeten wachten op onderdelen die met GLS komen.
