Been a part of RJID for about 13 years. I appreciate that the current management and board are trying to make it more user friendly (option to pay online is great!) and update infrastructure. We have a standpipe on our property so I'm in communication with these guys at least every month or two when someone forgets to take their water. They have always been very responsive. Thank you!

Board and management run as not a service provider but as dictator. Changed the water schedule without any communication or feedback and never responds to any request for records or help. Really bad services in general and recommend not moving into the area for this reason.

Absolutely not being managed properly. Cannot access any information. Am told its issued on a need to know basis. Poorly run. Been here 22 years. Zero office help. No one answers. Repairs take forever.
