Went in to get a price on having a screen replaced on my computer and was ask to leave it with them and he would give me a call on a price. Never said anything about a diagnostic fee called me later that day and told me it was going to be 275 to fix it I said no thanks but will be back to get it. Calls me the next morning and says that I could come get my hard drive for free but to pick up the computer was going to be 60 for a diagnostic fee. I'm sorry but that is not how you do business I would have never dropped it off for a price check if I would have known that it was going to cost so much just to get a price 60 bucks for 5 mins work not worth it. Small town small business I was trying to keep in my community but this is the service I got wow I will not be back
