I took maybe 4-5 classes for pole and Lyra here a few years back.. I just got out of the first class I’ve taken since at a different studio in Florida. Honestly, I’m absolutely taken back how much different I felt going into and coming out of this place. The way that all the instructors and other student at Meta made me feel was like 100% opposite than how I felt there today. The wonderful loving souls at Meta are not only creating a fun exercise environment but a place where people can truly feel comfortable in their own bodies and love what they have and build on what they’re working with .. I definitely plan to take some classes on my time back home in Wisconsin this summer. Thank you girls for being who you are and doing what you do!!

A seriously uplift experience both in body and mind. This is a place to climb higher off the ground and in your life. Not only will you get a great mix of aerial arts to try and progress through, but she offers many classes down on the ground too. The added bonus is the feeling you have when you take class and grow as a person. xoxo KoKo
