Ordered a banner and a can of helium Worried i chose the wrong delivery i called to check when it will be delivered was happy to pay extra to ensure i got it on time, cant remember the name of the person i spoke to but they were sooo helpful. I received my delivery the day after i ordered and very good quality. Absolutely amazing customer service. Can not fault will most definitely be using them again. :)

Ordered helium balloons and a banner for a friend’s birthday with plenty of time to spare. They weren’t dispatched until 5 days after my order, and the courier tracking link in the email doesn’t work. They are now due to arrive on the day of the birthday, which isn't the end of the world but is disappointing when I ordered with time to spare.
