I have been a BMW customer for over 20 years, but on my bucket list there has always been a Porsche 911. So this last Winter the search has started. A Targa, that was the quest. This quest brought me to Porsche Zentrum Recklinghausen. I found a KarminRed Targa online. Started from the first telephone call with Herr Grieco it was an enormous pleasure doing business with him. Even when he had to juggle two customers at the day of the test-drive, it never felt like he did not have 100% attention to me as a potential customer. His usage of modern technology to communicate, WhatsApp!, and the response times on questions, even to the silliest ones, were absolutely spot on! This is how sales should be done! So within my busy schedule we could only schedule the delivery of the car last Friday after closing. Mr. Grieco picked me up from Dusseldorf airport at 630pm, drove me to Recklinghausen in the latest 911 Carrera S. Oh man what a drive that was, he is an experienced Racing driver and just showed me what the car can do at high speeds and demanding circumstances. Haha launch control..... what a feast. Needless to say the delivery was perfect, all explained nicely and he even assisted with applying Austrian License plates to the car. (Yes, one Europe and still the license plates and frames have different sizes...) So the unthinkable has become true, a die hard BMW fan is now also a Porsche fan. Thumbs up to Mr. Grieco and Porsche Zentrum Recklinghausen.
