The Dino park is great for any small and big kids and can easily fill a few hours just walking round looking at all the dinosaur models. But then there also some activities to do at the end to keep kids amused too. The great thing about this place is it wasn't too packed first thing on a Sunday cold drizzly autumn morning but I imagine it could get busier during summer. Luckily they don't need online advance bookings during Corona times. The park is clean, well looked after and most of the information is presented in English and German. The shop and food stall were what you'd expect (sausage and fries) but they have very reasonable prices so much credit to them for not trying to gouge their customers. The models don't move and I don't know if all are strictly life size, but they are certainly well made and enough to keep kids amused. In some places dinosaur calls via speakers hidden in the trees and depictions of carnivorous dinosaurs might be a bit too much for gentler souls but it's not scary for most. My son loved the activities at the end, which again are low priced and involved dinosaur digging, painting, and geode cracking. We got a geode that we cracked with some effort but at 4 euros was cheaper and more fulfilling than you'd get in any shops that sell crystals and the like. There's even a section where you can pan for tiny crystals and stones and find some shark teeth if you are lucky. And this was free so again, I am impressed you get a decent amount of enjoyment out of the ticket price. I would certainly recommend this place for a visit. The only downside is as most of the park is outdoors, bad weather or the wrong clothing could make it hard going, but with the right preparation and a packed lunch, you could easily spend the whole day there.

Very well done. The place is designed in a way that makes it feel huge
Amazing place for kids. Lots of things to explore and to do.
I've revisited this place from my childhood after 20 years and I must say I still enjoyed it as a grown-up D Keep in mind that it's not for everyone, it doesn't have any rides or live animals but the dinosaur replicas are still awesome and you can learn a lot from the Park \u003c3
Surprisingly entertaining. Main attraction is petrified dinosaurs tracks in the bedrock. The man made exhibits are life-sized dinosaur models as well as two playground and a number of scattered play structures throughout the park. There are also activities for kids, such as digging, sifting, and various crafts. There are no \exciting\ attractions such as rides etc, but nonetheless kids like it enough to spend three hours without getting bored.
