Always friendly and professional. A doctor with access to your pet's medical history is always available. Quality care, never pressure to do useless exams. I've been a customer for 10 years, and would not dream of changing veterinary clinic.

I know this clinic already for quite a while but shame on me I write this review only now. Sometimes we forget to write about the good experiences and we write only when unhappy. I have 2 cats and one had strong behaviour problems. She was carefully taking care by the doctors. They took time to listen everything about our everyday life with the cat , gave good advices and right treatments. I have no problem with my cat anymore, she is playful and happy animal now. Second cat has a lot of health issues and I were happy every time medical care were provided by this clinic. Besides, they could run some test in their laboratory right away without making me wait for one day or more. I am the person who talks a lot and fast and sometimes it's an issue in my everyday life but I never felt any \pffff\ impatient looks from any of the team member. Telephone receptionists are very patient and are also able to give me some advices. They also remember my name so of my cats and what food I take for them and so on:)) that's nice:)) ***** ( I hope Google will translate well all what I wrote:) my spoken French is good but not yet the grammar:)
