Our thanks to Carl and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch, unfortunately) for a job well done on 10 September. Disruption was kept to a minimum, and they even went the extra mile by taking out for us the bulky waste we had arranged for the council to collect, going round the block to the rear of the property because we wanted to avoid dragging it through the house. By checking it first, they also managed to save one or two items from being discarded accidentally because we had forgotten they were inside! Grateful thanks also to your local surveyor, Steph Pearson, who was helpful, informative, and genuinely caring throughout.
