I complained that i had a bird in the brick wall of my house and they wouldn't entertain coming out just because i didn't now what bird it was.. I thourght that was there job to identify animals.. End of the day the bird might be stuck for all i know as its 15ft plus high where the actual hole is.. Cheers for not being helpful at all anyone who needs help with a similar problem to me don't phone these they are not helpfull at all
