We stayed next door down at the cabin...peaceful and tranquil...long or short walks...it has a hot tub which wouldn't regulate it's temperature so we didn't use it...but what a beautiful place...pub and local shop down the road seemed shut more than open so take supplies with you...there is a village close by but you need to drive.. lovely place love Wales...

We had such an amazing time in that beautiful and magical spot of the world. We made some lovely walks through the Doethie Valley and up the Crystal Mountain, went swimmimg in the river, enjoyed some delicious food down by the Pub and at the end of the day we relaxed in the hot tub! We will definitely come back.

Fabulous very remote cottage. The views are breathtaking , mountains and woods everywhere. The cottage is very well equipped and really cosy. Would definitely like to come back.

Stayed in the cabin, a few years ago now. Had a fantastic chilled out break in absolutely stunning surroundings, we would love to return but this time take the kids and stay in the Barn. Would recommend ! Also the owners seemed lovely people too....

Great place and very relaxing. Fiona and Tim are great hosts and the Barn is very comfortable, modern and well fitted out. The views are stunning with access to local pubs all a pleasant walk away. The Barn has an excellent and spotless kitchen and open plan reception and dining room with a wide screen TV and extensive DVD library. The WiFi access also allowed me to keep in touch with the outside world. The local walks are accessible right from the barn and are for both beginners and experienced alike. The food at the local pub was good who also provide an excellent selection of ales which are changed on a regular basis - in fact when we were there the ales changed daily. I will most certainly be returning.
