The egg tart is yummy! It's also a great deal so I always get 2 dozen(: Call in your order first so they have time to make it and remember to bring cash. The owner is sweet(: He gave me a free roll - just because! Who even does that kind of thing anymore?! (:

This small family bakery is the definition of a hole in the wall, and with every great hole in the wall comes a treasure trove of amazing things to discover! The egg custards are their signature and can not be missed when stopping in!

I must agree with everyone else here, Maria’s has the BEST egg tarts!! We’ve lived in China and had them in Hong Kong and Macao, and these are on par or better than what we had in Macao. The pastry is so light and nicely layered, like filo dough. The owners are super nice too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I totally agree with others that this is THE BEST egg tart in Dallas area! 3.99 each and 16.99 per dozen. Good price with awesome taste.

A Dallas gem! Owner is a master chef from Hong Kong and incredibly kind. These egg tarts are a must try. Perfectly flakey crust with just-right sweetness custard. They’re usually made to order, so calling ahead for pickup will help with the wait. This bakery is cash only, so be sure you have enough!
