Absolutely fantastic! I went here over a year ago as I suffer from foot pain when walking for more than a couple of hours. I was given a thorough consultation where my walking was analysed and I talked through my problem. I was advised as to my options for correcting the problem and there was no pressure to buy after the free consultation. This is truly a miracle worker for my feet. I got custom made insoles and I couldn’t be happier with the change I’ve noticed in the pain reduction. I have been debilitated by this for sometime and was planning a trek which would otherwise have been impossible. I think anybody with even a hint of a foot, leg, hip or lower back problem should visit as correcting the feet can help with correcting other related problems such as posture (it certainly has mine). Honestly the best decision I’ve ever made. Well worth the money for the insoles. You have nothing to loose from the free consultation, you might even leave wiser to your problem. I can’t praise foot solutions enough for the massive difference it has made for me and my feet. The custom made insoles are worth every penny and are an investment into the long term health of my feet. The insoles last a long time too and are resurfaced for free.

Since reopening after the Covid-19 lockdown I was so impressed by the extent of safety measures taken by Foot Solutions in Richmond to keep their clients and colleagues safe. Your temperature is read at the door, medical masks and sanitizer are freely available, Perspex booths for fittings and till shields have been installed, and they quarantine the stock after fittings. I am always treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. These guys know their work and care about their clientele.
