I called Precision this morning, by this afternoon Robert was here and fixing our door!! Talk about service!! Robert was absolutely wonderful and the fact that he was able to take care of everything right away vs. other companies that would need to come back another day with the parts and take care of it. The garage door is so quiet now when opening or closing, amazing!!

We’ve worked with three garage door companies in Richmond. We reached out to Precision after another company cancelled our appt 3 times because they kept forgetting to order the part. Called Precision, they came out same day, diagnosed the issue, and had us up and running the next day. We’ve worked with them for repairs, new openers, and pricing new garage doors. Precision by far exceeds the others. Highly recommend working with Precision Door.
I had an issue over the weekend where my garage door didn't want to close. After physically pulling it down to close and then attempting to open it again, the garage door came off the tracks and basically almost fell on me. I did a google search for garage door repair and Precision was the first result. I am very glad that I called them, they were able to come out next day. Bill showed up right on time. He took a look at the damage and immediately knew options we could take to get the door working. After reviewing, he walked me through a few options. He ended up fixing the door with a few struts, saving me a bunch of money on having to completely replace the door. He fixed everything in about two hours, which I was very happy about. I highly recommend this company and calling them at first signs that something might be off.
The technician came the next morning, a Saturday, and had the spring replaced in a jiffy. He actually had to replace the door rails as well due to the age and condition of the original door. He did an honest assessment of the work needed and I totally agreed with his recommendations. He did an excellent job and was quite courteous, very professional. I have no reservations in recommending them to my family and friends. Great work, great response time and a reasonable price.
I'm very pleased with the service I received from precision garage door! I called mid-afternoon and was offered same day service! Who does that? Robert, the technician, did an awesome job! He provided me with options that enabled me to make the appropriate decision for my needs! He was very professional! It only took about an hour to repair the garage door. I would highly recommend using this company!
