If I could give it no stars, I would. Food was terrible. We had to send back a steak as it was rare. They brought back the same steak with nothing done to it. Then they brought It back a second time and had put it in the microwave - one side was sickly grey and the hidden side was still rare. The French fries were wedges of potato that weren’t cooked inside, served with something they said was ketchup but tasted like bbq sauce. The roasted cauliflower has been heated up and was soggy. We were going to see a concert and thought it would be handy to have dinner there before the show. Big mistake. The waiter did his best. Forgot to add the wine to the bill - which we did point out. Seriously.. don’t bother..

Food was average. My ribs were dry, definitely not fall off the bone... They left the membrane on. The service started out great but it seemed like we were forgotten for the big group in the private room. If you are expecting Italian fare based on the name you will also be surprised. Check the menu ahead of time. Sorry but I won't be taking any more business guests here.

**update** What happened? The table cloths are gone, the sable fish is no longer roasted, but the waiter is still the perfect example of a 5* server. If I was opening a restaurant in Vancouver I would poach him. But back to the meal, we had the oysters and superb scallop dishes followed by the sable fish as mentioned, as well as a fantastic chicken dish. The parking is not good. **Originally posted** A study in contrast. On arrival we were surprised to find only one other table occupied, and they were finishing. The service was as close to perfect as one could wish for. We both enjoyed the sable fish with small requests to the kitchen for the sides. Sharing parking facilities with the Richmond night market made for a challenge. Overall a great evening.

Outstanding Food. Warm & Attentive Service. Fabulous Ambiance & View! This was my first visit here and definitely will not be the last. My friends and I dined here last week and had an amazing time. Tracey really set the tone for our night, he was the sweetest, so attentive and a joy to be around. We originally made reservations in the public dining area, when we saw the private room was available and requested it he promptly had it ready for us in no time. He even went above and beyond calling around the casino to see if they were playing the UFC fight for me. Service like this is rare these days and Tracey deserves a shout out. Thank you for making our night even more spectacular!

Food was pretty good, service was alright, and atmosphere was ok. I personally feel the price is slightly pricy for what is offered as a whole. I much rather go somewhere else for a more luxurious feel with the same price. Definitely not a bad place, but if you are looking to treat yourself to something very fancy and luxurious... Might want to go else where.

Summary: Brought a group of 10 for dinner, overall it was a very odd experience and not at a level I'd expect from a "fine dining" establishment. After being seated for about 10 minutes (and as the drink orders were being taken) a VERY strong odour of fish dishwasher/detergent(?!) overtook the restaurant. I mentioned this to the waiter who wasn't able to detect it, but across the room I saw a new group enter and one them was hit by the wall of scent, plugged his nose and walked out. Although there is a "bar" and a person attending said bar within the restaurant, requests for mixed drinks that were not specifically on the menu were declined with the response of "we don't have a bartender". Charcuterie platter was an odd mix of things, most strange was the pickled cauliflower that looked like a rabbits foot, but we did have a laugh that it could perhaps be a good luck charm? Sadly, this meal was a miss, only made good by the company we brought to dine with us. The odour never did subside for the duration, but should really be addressed.

Tramonto food are better now, lots of steak choices , but still no Signature Tramonto Caesar salad. Servers as always excellent.. My only concern is everytime we request a small substitution to our side veggies always get denied. The new Chef is not accomodating and does not know the business. He doesnt care abt the guest needs. You are loosing business bec of this cant do attitude.

Great foods but the portions are tiny ,otherwise it will be a five star in my opinion :)
