We engaged Risala Furniture for laminated floor boards and we are extremely disappointed with the workmanship we received. We paid 50% upfront without negotiating price assuming these are professional guys, and when we got the product it was extremely poor and nothing from what was promised. We were quoted additional money for side skirtings and what we got was a total disappointment. Staff are extremely uncourteous with no professionalism and etiquette amongst ladies in the home. They made use of the bathrooms without permission, spoke in a derogatory manner with behaviour we cannot forgive for Dubai standards. Please do not use them for laminated floors they do not have enough staff to support and neither the capability to take it on, and you are likely to be cleaning and moving your furniture entirely on your own.
