We rented from Louis at Firehouse bounce this weekend, Halloween 2020. We will 10/10 do it again! He was early to drop off and set up and take down was quick and easy and clean! He explained the rules of the bounce house and discussed a pick up time. So communicative! We love Firehouse bounce!

Firehouse bounce was excellent!! We booked them for my son’s birthday party. Louis was polite and professional. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. No fuss, no drama. They were early to bring it, and set it up quickly and easily. The slip&slide was in great condition and we had no issues with the equipment. They cleaned it again right after they set it up. The communication was great from the start. They sent a text before they came to set it up, and again before they came back to take it down. I would rent from them every single time we have a party, and I’ll tell my friends and family to do so, as well. Thank you, Louis. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you!
Firehouse Bounce provided my son with the best birthday experience. They are extremely polite, friendly, punctual, sanitary, and accommodating. My son's party was originally scheduled for Saturday (rain day) and they graciously allowed me to reschedule for the following day with no problems. I cannot thank them enough for detail and cleanliness that they put into everything. They sterilize everything when they break it down and again before setting it up which I greatly appreciate, especially during these times.
We had an amazing experience and a wonderful time! This company was very accommodating. We were going to go through another company but the company ghosted us the day before the event! They were able to help us give our son the birthday party of a lifetime and I strongly recommend this company
Firehouse Bounce was very responsive, courteous and punctual, even showed up early! We used the Orange Crush water slide and it made my son’s 6th bday so much fun! He said it was the best birthday ever! All the kids had a blast and were worn out by then end of the party! I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!
