An established family owned restaurant in the heart of Trastevere with excellent food. Not expensive, especially or the high quality. You can pay a lot more and not match the quality and ambiance. The wait staff is very attentive. You won't be disappointed!

Crunchy pizza in the middle of Rome's pulsing hearth. The Restaurant is in the middle of Trastevere, one of the most characteristic areas in Rome. I went for a Pizza, and I was surprised by the time I waited to be served. Not even 15 minutes for two pizzas which, given how much the place was crowded, it was nothing! PROS: fast enough service, thin, crunchy pizza with slightly burnt edge, the type I love. Friendly personnel, not shining for the best courtesy, but polite all the time. Tasty ingredients. Not expensive: 2 pizzas, 2 beers, 1 big water and coffee for 33 euros. Lots of locals too eating there, always a good sign! CONS: a bit over crowded, noisy, not really for a soft romantic dinner with your beloved! More like a place to start a night out with friends. Gotta go back to also try first and second courses for sure! Recommend!

This place was recommended to us before we left New Zealand. Its located in the older part of town. Very authentic, food is amazing. Definitely worth the effort. The waiter was pretty cool!

If you are looking for an authentic home style Italian meal, this is it. I had the garlic bread, the ragu rice balls stuffed with mozerella (can't remember what it's called), the salmon fettucine, grilled calamari, and the tiramisu. Been here for two weeks and this easily makes the top few food places I've had the privilege to dine at. Atmosphere was very laid back, and private -- tables were not too close together that you could hear the next table's conversation. Service was friendly yet non-invasive, which was to my preference.
