I'm very Delightful. I got everything I needed here. Thanks to these Amazing people Leah & Amanda. Very help staff. I can't reiterate how great the customer service here is. Got everything in a short notice. Thank you so much Leah & keep it up, great Job!

Ordered balloons and paid extra (8) for delivery on Saturday. Order did not arrive and upon calling the company on Monday have found the order has not yet even left the warehouse. No reason available. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and has promised full refund, but I will never order from again - not worth the disappointment and there are far more reliable services elsewhere.

Had a very similar experience to others here. Paid extra for next day delivery but they arrived late not getting to me until the evening of the day of the individuals birthday. Sent them a message a week ago just asking for a refund of the delivery as the goods were fine but have not heard anything back after chasing. Terrible customer service.

Paid a premium for the items to arrive on time. They didn't arrive and trying to speak to someone at Party Delights was impossible. Not much point in 50th birthday balloons arriving after the birthday.
