Just finished the diploma course, thought I write a review since there wasn't enough when I was looking around to book. Foundation module was good, although we had to share some of the equipment like piping bags between students and when you are paying that much money (5500) you don't expect that, also we didn't make the genache ourself so that was a let down.i think the company focus so much on saving money as from ingredients its very visible. I enjoyed the dessert table module, becky was a great teacher, the suger flower week was a disappointment, not enough guidance from the teacher over all i enjoyed the experience but the question is, is it worth the 5500? I would say no especially for international students becouse when you add up the travel cost and hotel stay its a lot of money and this course in my opinion is not worth all that money.

Amazing teachers, well equipped kitchen, nice ambient. Learnt a lot of useful and crafty techniques and had a great time.
Had a wonderful experience on the Baking Fundamentals class. Cristina was great teacher, many thanks to her . I’m a more confidant baker since attending the class. Will definitely attend other class in the future .
What a wonderful experience! The trainers are incredibly competent and have such a broad range of skills. It is great to learn in such a friendly and relaxed environment. I highly recommend Rosalind’s courses.
I went from USA to do my master class with Rosalind and I had a great experience and the best teacher. It was 3 days class but a lots of knowledge. I was amazing to see to see. Her work live. I recommend anyone to go there and learn how to be perfect. Thank you Rosalind. Your the best teacher I had.
