Excellent service and enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. I went there to purchase a bike for leisure and exercise after just having moved to Sheffield. The 30 day returns period meant that I had time to get the feel of the bike (and riding it in a new area) and I actually ended up coming back to purchase an upgrade. The prices here are very reasonable, and the staff are so kind as to perform minor servicing free of charge (inflating tires, adjusting bike components). I will definitely be returning here for any future bicycle needs that I may have.

The Neepsend branch is my favourite bike shop ever, and I trust them completely; any bike I've taken there they've not only improved but also helped me work out what the real problem was (often something different to what I first thought!). It's great to know of bike repair people who are both amazing at their job and willing to spend time making sure the interested customer actually understands what's going on. I've tried several bike shops in Sheffield and would recommend Russels Bicycle Shed Neepsend above and beyond all the others. Reliable, friendly, efficient and fantastic value for the quality of work that they do. Thanks folks!
Bought a lovely 2nd hand bike for a great price. Friendly service and that genuine/authentic 'vibe'. Highly recommended.
Just had new inner tubes installed on my bike. Was given a no-BS assessment and not oversold anything. Talked me through better care of the nozzle to avoid similar mishaps and was genuinely please to be around. Will definitely return for any future maintenance!
