Visited the branch yesterday to enquire about car insurance. The two men at the desk looked miserable and didn't even crack a smile when we came through the door. Whoever dealt with our questions was incredibly unhelpful, refused to even attempt to check a quote for us. In summary I was met with two impolite gargoyles sitting at their desks with zero compassion and love for their jobs.
I've just got my insurance renewal with Ford insurance I was quoted 570.09 I got in touch with Saffron insurance and I was quote 140 cheaper what a great differance, so you know who I going with, ! Yes ! Saffron insurance, my policy starts 15th May 2019
