A really limited store with unfriendly people working here. The prices here are both expected and shockingly overpriced at the same time. As well as this, there's hardly any range of products to choose from and your visit usually lasts about 30 seconds with someone giving you a daggering look from across the desk behind you. I wouldn't bother coming here unless specifically looking for a product. Mostly recommend this store for people with Fujifilm or Nikon cameras.

Brought an item 3 days ago. It remains unused and I've been told no refund or exchange. I told the staff at the time the only item they had in stock was a compromise,new stock has arrived since. I really like supporting local businesses but in this instance give up on this place and use the Internet!
Went to buy a tripod. Wasn't offered any service whilst browsing. When I decided to purchase, I was told by the guy working there, without asking, that it came with a shoulder strap. I responded that that was great as I needed one. When he brought the box out I asked if the strap was in the box with the tripod already and was told yes. When i got back there was no strap in the box and I do not live locally. When i followed up and emailed asking about this, i was denied any knowledge of offering a strap, and told straps don't come with tripods. Only separately. Really annoying because had I have known, I would have purchased one as was doing a lot of travelling about. So by misinforming me he lost out on an upsale. So yeah, poor service all round.
Helpful, friendly but limited stock. As expected, it's tiny. But super handy for the essentials.
useless - went in to try to get a passport photo and they couldn’t help. Member of staff was unhelpful and unapologetic! thumbs down.
