Shelves are empty not everything is there. Friendly staff. To answer your question: May products were not there actually. I was trying to buy a WC flashing system replacement and it was not there. On top of everything the one I bought had a missing part in the end and I had to drive back to your store to find out that you do not take things back you only issue a store credit which needs to be spent the same day. I find it very unfair !! because I did not pay you with my branded credits I paid you with money and when I return something I want my money back especially when the reason for return is that you have sold a directive product. Anyhow, thank you for reading my comments and your reply.

Pas de mots pour décrire ce magasin de bricolage.Les 5 étoiles à elles-mêmes suffisent.
Ayant eu besoin de carrelage et de parquet pour ma nouvelle maison. Le vendeur à été de bon conseils, agréable et souriant(comparé à d'autres enseignes pas les même conseils et pas autant de choix de produits). Très satisfaite tant pour ses conseils que pour le service après vente( reprise de surplus..) et délai de livraison tenu.
