SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When making my reservation I gave my credit card in order to give a 2000 deposit. When we got to Arctic Aventure we paid 420 for our snowmobiles and after making the payment the owner asks for a credit card in order to take 5750 out for insurance. We were not made aware of this and the owner refused to refund us our money back because we did not have a credit card big enough for a 5750 fee. He should have mentioned this before making us pay for our snowmobiles. WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FOUR 21 YEAR OLD WOMEN!!!! DISGUSTING

It was a very fun experience ! It was my first time on a Skidoo and the training went well and had a lot of fun ! I really recommend people to do this ! The hosts are very welcoming !

Magalie and Nicholas are absolutely amazing! They are so kind and do everything in their power to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The equipment that they provide is excellent and the ski doo trails are beautiful. Great experience and will definitely be going back again!
