I ordered a 1000.00 leather recliner. It took over 6wks to get! Then the buttons that reclines the chair failed! Call for replacement they would not warranty it only had Chair less then 2 yrs. it been almost 6 months and still don’t have the replacement parts. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Overpriced junk!! Never again will I even drive by there place!!

Really lovely furniture. The store wasn't crowded, not with customers, as it was raining. It certainly wasn't crowded with salespeople either, as I took myself through two buildings alone. I want to stress that the furniture was lovely. However, if you can't handle stairs, and tight spaces, you might be in trouble there.
