This is hands down my favorite CrossFit gym in town. They have really cultivated a community here. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, it's like working out with all your best friends! Another great thing about this place is the level of knowledge the coaches possess. Not only are the smart, but they pay attention to your form and give you corrections. They even let you know when your form is failing, and give you modifications if you aren't strong enough yet so you don't injure yourself. They're so invested in keeping me healthy and strong that I keep coming back!

This place is hands down one of the coolest places in San Antonio to CrossFit. I have been lucky enough to try a lot of CrossFit boxes and even teach yoga at several, and by far this place is my home. All of the coaches are supportive, encouraging and welcoming. If you need a place to feel encouraged, see results and have a lot of fun doing all of that, come here! Love love love!
