Only gave 1 star because cant do 0..they are close I order a piña pay for it and a day before the party I'm trying to get it to find there close they don't even have the courtesy to call and say something about it.

Horrible experience. Rented tables and chairs, the day I needed them they were closed. I had my guest standing, this is no way to run a business. I understand they had an \emergency \ but someone should of given us a courtesy call so we can make other arrangements. To top it all off I had a very hard time getting money back. Very disappointed with their service because their was no service.
I had specifically ordered a Batman symbol pinata 2 weeks early for my sons party last week but it took me until the day of the party for me to get it and when I did it in no way looked like the Batman symbol is supposed to. It looked like they took a rectangular box and cut off the corners then the Batman emblem was wrong also. To make matters worse there were tears in the tissue paper all around the pinata. I will NEVER use this place again!!!
The owner has no idea how to run a business. I ordered a pinata for my grandson ( who by the way has special needs) told the owner how important this pinata was to my grandson, paid for it and told her I would pick it up the next day. A month later, I've yet to find her. She doesn't answer the phone, has no voice mail, and they're always closed. Awful.
The worst experience. No customer support. Delivered the wrong bouncer and then refused to exchange it for what we paid for. Person who delivered the bouncer said they made a mistake, but was not willing to correct it. We ended up with a water slide that blew up like a balloon and the children kept falling off to the side. We had to put down mats so they wouldn't get hurt. No respect for us the customers. She addressed us as mama and papi. Ridiculous. Will not recommend this place for your next bouncer rental.
