Very rude instructor!! I attended my first class at Pole Sinsations thinking I had signed up for Intro to Pole; turns out I actually signed up for Intro to Pole Choreography, which I admit was my fault. I had taken one class elsewhere and based on that experience, I showed up in shorts. The instructor who was sitting next to me only acknowledged me after 10 minutes. There were no other students waiting. She didn't even greet me and in short, she scanned me from head to toe and proceeded to criticize me for not reading the class description, telling me that I was going to get stuck to the floor and hurt my knees, all while rolling her eyes and speaking with a really bad attitude. When I suggested rescheduling, she interrupted me saying, "NO, you will lose your money". And at the end of it all she said, "but you can still take that class", while shrugging. Trust me, I wouldn't have minded an instructor correcting me and letting me know I had signed up for the wrong class but this woman's attitude was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I've taken several fitness classes throughout San Diego and I've never been treated this way. I would like to suggest that you either: a. Make class descriptions more visible on your website or email confirmation, specifically what clothing to wear. b. Give first time students a one time opportunity to reschedule classes if they show up in the wrong clothing. If this is not an option, maybe it would be a good idea to sell leggings at your studio.

Went with a group of friends for a fun girls weekend and that's exactly what it was. It was a blast. We took the burlesque class and the instructor calisha made everyone feel so comfortable. She was very charismatic and made you feel comfortable even though it was out of most of our comfort zones. Definitely going to be coming back.
