They are not good in giving information. I had to wait 3h and half outside to take the covid test: first because they did not send me the address after they said they would, the reason I got late because I had to call monday morning when they open. My appointment was 9am and I was 15min late, which I let them know before and they said it would be ok to be late. They did not told me they would not collect tests after 9:30. However, I was there 9h15 and no one came to me or called after I called letting them know I was there! Then I called again 9h40 and they told me to come 11h30. When I arrived 11h30 and called again they said 12h30. This is the first review I ever make in google. I am so disappointed! I am posting here where do you have to wait if you wondered like me because they were extremely vague. The nurse who collected the test was kind though.
