I went to the Santa Ana location. My appointment was at 8am. I was out of there in about an hour and I didn't have to wait very long at all. They helped me sign up for a medical green card because I didn't have health insurance. Everyone was very polite and professional. I even backed out of getting my blood drawn and they respected my decision. I went in for an annual exam, the process wasn't painful. Very pleasant experience.

Olivia is an amazing receptionist. Very friendly and kept me updated on my wait time. I love that they still were able to see me after I was 32 min late due to a car accident. I love this place and will continue to come here
