called legal passport when we were trying to expedite renewal of my husband's passport. The guy answering the phone (I think is Jesse) is very helpful. He offered a lot of help! Really appreciated.

Very rude over the phone, asked a question about doing a renewal through them and got told off about how I was asking about the wrong thing and that I need a new passport entirely. Guy was very condescending and rude.
