if I could give them zero stars I would , if you are looking for help with any kind of housing assistance prepare yourself for the worst!! You have a better chance of being evicted then you do getting a phone call phone from your caseworker... Jewish families you claim to give first priority to veterans and families with children in the home under the age of 18 if that’s the case why are you not helping the veterans or families with small children?

They have done nothing to assist with housing. My father is a veteran and they have been telling us they will give us housing assistance by paying for a security deposit and the first months rent, but so far nothing. Our case worker Chaz is never in the office. He takes time off every week without telling us or assigning us to a temporary case worker until he returns. The housing specialist, Melissa, is the most incompetent person I have ever met. She sent us 5 housing leads, and none of them were useful. We told her 4 times we have two dogs, and she sent us no pet houses. If you like waiting around and sleeping in your car, I suggest you use them!

The worst!! No manners to answer the phone, the lady was rude and disrespectful, I didn’t even get the chance to ask what I needed to know.

I just wanted to let anyone know who needs some assistance what a great organization this is! I personally have received help through their counseling service that is invaluable.. what a true blessing these people are!!

Their services are terrific, but both my wife and I were spoken to rudely by their operator and a case worker. You'd think they would have been better trained on how to be polite.

I've tried to receive counseling for over a month now and have been promised a call back from intake numerous amounts of times.. if you're looking for treatment do not go here unless you want to wait months before receiving any feedback from them. One of the worst customer services/intake office I've ever dealt with. Desk lady said \it's Friday so they may have left early\ but when I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday etc. I still did not receive any feedback.. doesn't matter if I call early rather then later, there intake is 24/7 unavailable. DO YOUR JOB !

Veterans department there sucks. They give you the runaround.

The veteran organization that is with in is a joke. They don't help the veterans. They don't even have the respect to call someone back and say they wasn't approved for help.
