I heard of the Smart Sinus procedure on television. I made the appointment and was soon scheduled for my procedure. The procedure went very well. The Office was immaculate and the Staff was warm, gentle and patient. My recovery went well and for the FIRST time I was able to breathe through BOTH nostrils. Since my surgery 2 years ago, I HAVE NEVER had a Sinus infection. I went from several infections a year to NONE. It was remarkable. Soon after, I found myself struggling to pay the very people that changed my life. Luckily my Guardian Angel, Lisa from Accounts called and worked with me above and beyond her job duties. She stayed in touch with me and helped me to work out a plan. A HUGE thank you to Lisa, Chris, and Alina from Accounts. With their assistance I was able to stay out of collections. I can breathe a sigh of RELIEF, out of both nostrils. I would HIGHLY recommend this procedure to ANYONE who suffers. SS & A improved my quality of life and all with kindness, patience and professionalism. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!

Quick and easy procedure. I opt to stay awake during it all. Staff is very professional and attentive. The only issue I had was there was an discrepancy with the billing. They quickly resolved it in a respectful and responsible way. (Lisa is Awesome!) I highly recommend Smart Sinus. It's been over a year since my procedure and I'm able to breath and sleep a whole lot better now. 5 ️'S
These people did a very professional job. The results are amazing only after one week. I can breath again like I did when I was younger. The experience was very good also. Never felt pressured to do and everything was explained to me. Quite simple, follow the directions and the procedure turned out good also. A
I'm so happy that my wife & I decided to come and have a free consultation at Smart Sinus & Allergy. Ever since my procedure I am able to breathe easier & I don't find myself experiencing the sinus problems I once had. No need further need for Breathe Right Strips! I would recommend anyone who is having issues with their sinuses to come here & receive a consultation to see if they can help you too. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced & eager to help. By far, this was the smartest decision I could make for my sinuses_
I had the sinus surgery three years ago and it didn't help at all, maybe even made my allergies worse. The drops they send me that are suppose to help are 85 a month and I have been taking them for three years and have had minimal effects. No one in their office returns phone calls or answers during regular operating hours. Their billing department hasn't gotten back to me after weeks of waiting and apparently they can't give out itemized receipts for a flexible spending account.
Dr. Joffrey and his office team are amazing at what they do. They are professional and caring. I have been working with them for many years and can’t say enough about their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure each patient gets exactly what they need to find relief! I highly recommend them to anyone who suspects they have a sinus issue.
Thank you Smart Sinus and Allergy for helping me get my life back! It has been 6 months since my procedure and now I can smell Brats and Enjoy tailgating this year unlike last year. I highly recommend this place to anyone tired of dealing with Sinus issues.
When I had my exam, I asked how much does it cost? They told me that my insurance would cover it and to be on the safe side they were going to get approved in advance. After I had it done I was surprised at the amount of bleeding. Then they told me it could bleed for up to two weeks. Then I got a bill from them, for over THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS! I called and they told me it was my co pay, I said what co pay? You told me it was covered by my insurance. All they said was it was co pay. I called my insurance company and they told me I had a 40% co pay for out of network doctors. I said OUT OF NETWORK, they never told me they were out of network. Then I figured out it must be their business plan, this way they get more money (insurance plus my 40% co pay) this is a good plan for them: but a bad one for the patience. If they had told me about the bleeding and being out of network, I would not had used them.
