I bought a lovely upgrade from these guys. Unfortunately the car broke down in Wales of all places and managed to get it into a garage and the team over at Save on Used Card was able to liaise with the garage and myself to rectify the issues with the vehicle and there communication was brilliant customer service was definitely a 10/10 and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new car. 5* for Save on used cars! No pushy salesmen trying to force you to buy a car. They just let you get on with it. I bought an Astra in December 2018. Originally had a few faults like nail in tire and glow plug issue which was quickly rectified. Not had an issue since! Just WISH I had mentioned the dent/mark which is very noticeable in the door and the paintwork peeling on the roof at the time of purchasing. I don't mind the odd scratch because after all it is an 8 year old car! Didn't bug me at the time but is getting to me now I know it's going to cost me.. Thanks, Jamie.

The level of customer service I received was second to none, quick, informative advice given which was exactly what I was looking for.
