Had a really poor experience here, the lab forgot to run one of my tests so I had to come back and was in the clinic for 2 hours just for basic testing.

Very incompetent staff not only in this department but at the door as well. Demanding people remove their N95 masks and put on their *USELSSS* cloth masks.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Waited six months to get a food allergy appointment and was completely mislead from the beginning. Was told there would be a full allergy panel completed, but instead, I was given an intern who asked several questions regarding my past and what types of foods have created an allergic reaction. He then left and later came back with the eal\ doctor, who simply told me to \avoid the foods\ that I thought were causing me an issue. He stayed for, at best, 3 minutes then left. Fast forward a few weeks and the bill arrives in the mail for this ridiculous visit, billing me to talk to the intern and have nothing done whatsoever. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had in any medical setting. Losing a half day at work, driving through Seattle traffic, paying for parking at the hospital garage and being billed for nothing. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else where they may actually, you know, help you. I had a blood test for allergies years before this visit, complete with a food chart, so I know there are things that can be done, they just chose to not do anything. I proceeded to dispute the charges with the billing center and just got a letter stating there was nothing that could be done. I'd give this place negative stars if there was an option. L.A.M.E.

Incompetent bureaucracy at its best.

I have been seeing Dr. Altman for a little over 2 years now. He was the first doctor in a span of 3yrs to find a diagnosis for what turned out to be an autoimmune disease. He and my ENT doctor, Dr. Davis, have worked together to treat my symptoms when no other doctors knew how. The allergy clinic and Dr. Altman saved me, I went from not being able to breathe walking up/down a flight of steps, to now no longer needing 3 daily inhalers. I owe this clinic so many thanks.
