I don't wanna talk bad about any company or business or treatment center. But I had the worst experience with one of the housing case managers (Rae)! In my opinion, he doesn't have what it takes to be a housing case manager! He made an appointment with me, and never showed up! I left several messages in 4 or 5 days but never returned my calls! he didn't return my call until I talked to his supervisor named \Kelly\. He pretended like nothing happened, didn't even apologize! Basically, they both didn't want anymore caseloads! If that's the case I understand but I couldn't understand why he kept blowing me off! What's the point of making an appointment if you're not gonna show up? Wow! It happened between Dec. 2019 to Jan. 2020.

Beautiful community facility offering counseling, case management, food bank, job seeking, pharmacy, cafeteria, and a variety of classes including fitness, dancing, and art (and probably more services I'm not aware of). Serving all populations, not just Asian. Remarkable art throughout the facility. Main parking lot and secondary lot across the street.

It’s good to have the organization for those who need help and services provided, but I don’t one thing that is very frustrated when we need to communicate with the staff. Almost never answered the phone, I don’t know what is an issue.
