So friendly! They do pretty much everything, too. I got my finger prints done when I needed to start a state job, rented a uhaul there. I’m about to go back for notary services. I don’t know too much about their mail services, but it’s a great one stop place for lots of odds and ends in my life. They do have limited staffing, it’s just a married couple that runs it together (and their sweet dog) so the wait can be a little long if it’s a busy day. Definitely a old fashioned spot, too, they give handwritten receipts out of a little book. It’s worth the wait to support a local business, though.

UPS will leave my packages here if I'm not home. The hours at this location are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mon-Fri. I as many many people do work 9:00a to 5:00p and they are only open for 3 hours on the Saturday & ZERO hours Sunday. They are terribly inaccessible to working people and obviously only care about business clients. They shouldn't accept personal packages. Fed-Ex and Amazon are a breeze to pick up from because they have reasonable hours. There's a lot of bad things in the world and this is barely a problem considering. But god I hate seeing a note saying I need to make it to this Brigadoon of a package repository.

i called on a saturday and asked for my package to be held until monday as i wouldn’t be able to pick it up until then and this store is closed sundays. the woman working here assured me it would be no problem and said i could pick it up then. lo and behold, monday comes around, i go to pick up my package, she says it got sent back to sender that morning and i’d have to redirect it. i live in an apartment complex and ups basically doesn’t even try to deliver to my actual address anymore, they just drop it here which is a hassle bc i work days and almost never leave work until they’re already closed.

Super unfriendly service and extremely patronizing owner. UPS doesn't even try attempting deliveries nowadays because they can simply leave everything at places like this where one's literally charged for the most minuscule service they receive.
