This company has TERRIBLE customer service. After the ferry closed down in Bellingham due to COVID yesterday, we were scurrying to have our car shipped before our testing window closed. Not being from the area and no idea about shipping a car to Alaska, I asked a couple of questions. He responded, “No, NO, NO, THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS!” raising his voice louder and louder. A simple, “we can’t help you” would suffice to whomever I spoke with on the phone. My husband was extremely angered at the way I was treated. I’m very glad I didn’t use this company! If you can’t answer questions for someone without raising your voice to an uncomfortable level for the customer, you shouldn’t be dealing with the public. Edited to respond to the owner: The man didn’t tell his name, because he was too busy yelling at me for asking questions. He cut me off before I could even finish. I’ve never felt the need to review a company, but I felt the company needed to know how people are being treated FOR ASKING QUESTIONS. This should help you work on your customer service. That’s how it’s helpful.

Kimberly was extremely helpful during the process of finding a carrier to ship a vehicle for me. She gave me extremely helpful advice when I was dealing with another company I had already booked with. She did this to no benefit of herself, and so I cancelled the other company and went with Auto Shipping Group. Five stars to Kim, promote her immediately!

Nothing is more scary than giving someone a decent amount of money and hoping your car gets to you in one piece. It does take time, so just be patient! I am very satisfied with everything!

Thanks to Kimberly we were able to ship two of our vehicles to two different locations across the United States, all while packing up our home to move from one state to another. We had a lot going on and Kimberly was very efficient In helping us transport our vehicles so it was one less thing on our minds. She always responded to text/email/phone calls in a timely manner despite a three hour time difference being that we were on opposite coasts. She was really helpful and I never thought the process of delivering a car from one state or another would be this easy! Never got a headache because Felicia made sure everything was going the way it was supposed to! She always responded to my calls and answered my questions! What I paid for was sooo worth it! The car came in a timely manor and everything was the way it was left!!! I really appreciate everything that this company did for us and I really appreciate Felicia!
