Seattle biscuit company is THE spot to order brunch in Fremont. There’s a great array of southern style biscuits with creative twists. I recommend trying the Gus which comes with an amazing fried chicken, or if you want to skip on the gravy try the Che biscuit. The Che is particularly great because it combines apple butter and bacon, which is simply out of this world for those who love savory and sweet combinations. For the best experience, order online before pick up. When doing so, I’ve always had a great experience. This is a family run establishment, so please come here to support a passionate chef with award winning biscuit recipes! The owners kids will often color thank you notes on the take out bag \u003c3

I love Seattle Biscuit Company mostly because of the food, but aso because of the friendly staff and because of how cute and cozy the place is. They’re now only open for take-out, but definitely worth heading over and grabbing some food. Also, their mimosas are strong and it’s nice because they have individual mimosas or you can also purchase a pitcher. I did have to take away a star because one time I sat and waited over an hour for my to-go order, which was one sandwich. My order got lost in the shuffle and I was forgotten about, which was irritating, but they send me home with a 25 gift card along with my sandwich. I’d definitely say expect to wait a bit for a table if you plan on dining in when they do finally open back up because the place is tiny!

I've been to Seattle Biscuit's so many times that I've lost count... and each and every visit has been solid. The service is friendly and efficient, and jhon herself (the owner) is very sweet. I've ordered and enjoyed a variety of items on the breakfast menu and never had a bad meal. Overall, this is a solid place to get a good, well-priced, tasty breakfast in North Beach!

Yummy biscuits and cool rustic interior. We ordered the \Willie Lee\ and \Amy Lees Cousin\. They were almost identical, except the Willie Lee has bacon and the Amy Lee has mustard. Both were good - rich, but not overly dense. The mustard on the Amy Lee was a bit overpowering, but otherwise good. The music and vibe were chic, rustic, and lively. Also, it's 1 min walking from the 40 bus stop, so convenient location. I recommend checking these guys out!

Easy to order and pickup in safe, Covid fashion. Biscuits were super tasty and ginormous! Will eat again when I'm in the neighborhood.
