I think the practise has come leaps and bounds since I first joined. The introduction of allocated daily appointments for urgent needs was sure brilliance. And I've always found every member of staff to be helpful and friendly. They also have a nifty app that allows you to request repeats and even book appointments (on hold during COVID).
