The best sewing machine service around the South East! Paul answered my call straight away, he was friendly and informative and gave me a clear timeline of how long it would take to service my machine. He offered a pick up and drop off service from my house and back to my local sewing shop as I wasn't home which was incredibly helpful. My machine is running perfectly again and looks like new. I've used other machine repairs around the area and they were frankly incomparable to Paul, in terms of price, time scale and great service. I will continue to use his service and recommend highly!
Contacted Paul on Wednesday, had Janome machine repaired Thursday and Singer Industrial machine repaired Friday! Explained everything to me and both now working perfectly. Highly recommend!
