Amelia was super great! They helped us get everything we wanted and it was all taken care of within a day. She drove to and from another dealership to ensure we could test drive the actual Ford Escape we were interested in and worked with us until the very end. Even after the sale went through and we left, I have had to contact Amelia a couple of times with some questions and she and her team have been very responsive. The Shakopee location compared to the Apple Valley location is a bit more laid back and easy going. The team is not abrasive in any way, they truly want to help you find exactly what you are looking for. My husband and I loved working with the Shakopee location and in particular Amelia! We are incredibly happy with our purchase. I went from a fun VW Rabbit to a a big Ford Escape. The trade in process was easy.

I took my SUV in because of a recall notice. I called the dealer and they took my information, and ordered the parts needed. the called me a couple weeks later and told me the parts were in. I scheduled an appointment early the next week. They were fast on the repair. I waited for it to be finished, and it was only about 45 minutes total.
