Randall Geiger was my salesman. This was by far my best car buying experience from a dealership. I emailed the dealership around 6am looking for information on a vehicle they listed and Randall responded before the dealership even opened. We discussed what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay, he confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and my budget was acceptable if I liked the vehicle. I was greeted promptly once I arrived at the dealership, Randall was upfront, honest and disclosed known issues (all minor for a used car) during the test drive. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, the price was exactly what we discussed, there were no carrying fees, dealership fees, hidden fees or any other BS. From the time I set foot on the lot, to the test drive and then paying for the vehicle was 30-45 minutes. I appreciate Randall’s honesty, being up front and not wasting either of our time.

We dropped off a vehicle for a quote that was to go to our insurance adjuster to support a total loss due to a cracked frame. When the vehicle is to be totaled the value is based (in part) on the mileage of the vehicle. So when we noticed that the reported mileage had been increased by 100,000 miles we were unwilling to use the quote as the value of our truck would be significantly reduced. I called the front desk and was told to bring the quote back to the shop and it would be adjusted. However, when I met with the Service Manager I was told once a quote is in the system it can't be changed. I was charged 159 for something many shops do for free (including 18 for paper and printing) and in today's computer age they are unable to change it which makes the entire quote useless to me. Instead of changing it in the computer the service manager lined through the 2 and changed it to a 1 with a pen! Unreal! This is completely useless to me. I have attached the quote I received complete with \change\ provided by Joe Cooper. I have already disputed the charge through my credit company. I attempted to dispute it through Joe Cooper but on top of everything else the service department does not answer their phone. After 3 attempts I gave up.

Moe our sales man did an amazing job. He listened to what we wanted and fulfilled it even more. Wonderful car lot. Before I was so scared of the car lots cause it took all day to go through the process but in a matter of a few hours we got what we wanted. WONDERFUL staff there .
