We had Ian and Jack come to do a window for us this morning and we’d just like to say how grateful we are for such a high quality service. The Lads arrived on time, were really polite and helpful and observed all the social distancing guidelines throughout their time with us. The quality of the workmanship was second to none, the window looks superb and the price we paid represented very good value for money. This is the second time that we have use your company and I’m certain that it won’t be the last. Thanks again for a job well done

Refused our custom because \it's company policy to not travel more than two hours away\. We're only 45 mins away. We travelled 90 mins for you to not look on Google maps. This policy was explained as it helps them react to problems quicker. 45 minutes is no time at all. I've had restaurants take longer than that to be serve me. Window problems hardly required rapid response teams descending from prototype stealth helicopters while a dozen short sleeved engineers huddle around a dusty computer at mission control and toddlers look on and wave in giddy admiration. That's fine we'll have a competitor replace our ten windows, two french doors and two external doors. I was unhappy with the outcome of my experience.

Just had a conservatory converted to a solid roof by Sheffield Window Centre. From start to finish the job was done in a professional manner. What makes a good job are people and the people that work at Sheffield Window Centre are the best. The job was done, as promised, on time and to an excellent finish. All the workers were polite and kept the site tidy. The finish is great and we could not be happier with the result. Any issue were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We now have a conservatory that will be a pleasure to be in, both in winter and summer. There was no hassle, even for payment, but please make sure you pay!! Fantastic service from Sheffield Window Centre who came out at short notice to upgrade our front door. Clear communication and polite, knowledgeable fitters. Will definitely have them back in future. Great to see a trustworthy local company that really care about their customers.
