Well where do I start 1 haven't been able to log in for well over 3 months. Tried on my phone where it was set up, that was a no go. Tried on my tablet on a different browser still no joy. A) Then my husband gets a snooty email saying log on fill out forms again. Like I hadn't been trying to do just that. 2. My advice to homepoint Shropshire get your I.T department to fix this problem then there wouldn't be so many people ringing in 3 Retrain the customer service staff how to treat people with respect. If I did what your customer service staff did I would have been fired. If they cant talk to people to help them they should not be in your employment

Homepoint site does not work - problems with log-in from Every Browser! And the staff take it personally when criticised for the non-functional site - and HANG UP! Terrible, uneducated, unfriendly staff. Can't get anywhere with Homepoint or Shropshire Housing Authority. Really deserve Zero Stars!
Me and my nan went on to the website today to look at the properties like we do every wednesday and the application was gone. we were absolutely disgusted.
1.why is the woman on the phone always so rude? 2. Who does she think she is talking to??? 3. How can she blame her irritability on the volume of calls from people who have forgotten their log in ID?
The employees that answers the phones need scrub up on their customer service. Snotty and no sympathy at all. One women even put the call down on me. Disgusting attitude.
