Easy to get to. Some trains end at Silver Spring if they do not go all the way to Glenmont so it's great that you don't have to transfer to another train in those cases.

The station is relatively clean in the sense that there's not much physical trash on the floor. The drivers are cognizant of the pedestrians and will wait for you to cross the road. Lots of light at night. There are always some pan handlers so be careful. Very open area so lots of ventilation. Can connect to the metro in the adjacent area. Definitely a good transfer location between modes of transportation.

Pretty shocking this station doesn't have Wi-Fi yet - not as important since it's outdoors, but would be nice to be able to save data while waiting for my train/bus. Things are swell besides this, though. Signage is very clear and service is frequent, particularly going into DC.
